Refund Policy

Rupeelife will refund full cost of your order if we fail to deliver our services within the stipulated amount of time as provided in the chart below. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we neither guarantee introductions / deal closures nor do we issue refunds for the same. We recommend you to go through our services and processes before subscribing to our plans. You may use our free plans, as and when available, to try our services before subscribing to a paid plan.

All refund requests need to be sent to support@rupeelife.com from the registered email address stating the invoice number, payment date, amount and reason for the refund request.

Rupeelife reserves the right to edit or delete or suspend any profile or user with or without any notice, if we, in our opinion, believe such steps will improve the quality of the website. In such cases, as an exception, we may consider providing a refund on pro rata basis, only if we feel there are good reasons to believe that you have not used any profile features.

If Rupeelife believes that the user is abusing Rupeelife in any way or if the user intentionally furnishes false information or fails to furnish verification proof to back its claims or fails to pay the Finder’s Fee, Rupeelife may limit, suspend, or terminate the user's account. In such a situation, Rupeelife shall be entitled to retain the entire fees paid the user towards damages and user shall not be entitled to seek a refund of the same.

Additionally, we need a minimum of 3 business days to review the case and issue refund if applicable as per our refund policy.

Service Stipulated Time

Business/Investor/Buyer/ Advisor and other profile Plans Profile to be activated within 2 business days, provided complete information is provided by the profile owner. Refund not applicable if the user provides wrong information or delays providing required information to complete the profile. Listing under the early bird offer will be activated at the end of the offer period.

Introduction Credits Business introductions which do not respond to you or are unavailable can be reported on our website or over email. After validating the same, these introduction credits will be re-credited back to your account for connecting with alternate businesses.
